Black Hawk College 5K Hustle

The annual race will be held at 8 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, at Black Hawk College, Quad-Cities Campus, Moline. Andover blood drive

The Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center will hold a blood drive in Luther Hall at Augustana Lutheran Church, Andover, from 8 a.m. to noon Saturday, Nov. 11. Potential donors should eat before donating, and must bring a photo ID. The last date to have donated is Sept. 16.

Academic foundation’s trivia night

The Cambridge Academic Foundation is hosting its first annual trivia night on Saturday, Nov. 11, at Kewanee Dunes Golf Club. Doors open at 5 p.m. Trivia starts at 6 p.m.

Teams can have eight players, all of whom must be 21. The first-place team will receive $200; second place, $120; and third place, $80.

The evening also includes a reverse raffle and a choose the torture raffle, as well as a restaurant menu, bake sale goods and a cash bar.

Proceeds will go toward enhancing educational opportunities for students in all of the Cambridge schools.

Oyster stew, chili supper

Andover American Legion will host its annual oyster stew and chili soup supper in rememberance of Veterans Day at 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 11, in Legion Hall.
