Collin Robbins, son of Marty and Teresa Lehman of Cuba, led the Cuba Middle School Livestock team at the Bushnell Livestock Contest held on Saturday, March 17. Second was Cole Robbins, third Aleese Mathis, fourth Sadie Arnett and fifth Andrew White.

Collin Robbins, son of Marty and Teresa Lehman of Cuba, led the Cuba Middle School Livestock team at the Bushnell Livestock Contest held on Saturday, March 17. Second was Cole Robbins, third Aleese Mathis, fourth Sadie Arnett and fifth Andrew White.


Cuba placed seventh overall. Aleese Mathis led the team in Sheep with third overall and third overall Sheep team.


Agricultural Education does a great job of developing strong livestock production skills as we prepare them for future careers in animal production, Veterinary Science, Meat Science, reproduction, genetics and nutrition along with animal literacy.


Thank went to livestock coach Krystina Short for all of her help; Don and Nancy Locke for goat classes, Ryan Spangler for sheep classes and Dan Williams for bringing in swine classes to judge at school; and to the Bushnell FFA Alumni for hosting a great contest.
