The Henry County Fair wrapped up the 150th year celebration after a week of trouble getting carnival rides to the event after trucks transporting the rides were impounded in Kansas because the vehicles were in violation of a service order.

A crowd gathered at Cambridge Heritage Park to honor the late Keith Robinson, former president of the Cambridge Historical Society and owner of the Old, Odd and Unusual Museum on Center Street. A sugar maple was dedicated at the park by the Village of Cambridge in memory of Robinson who passed away in December.

Cambridge Village officials were notified that they would benefit from a capital improvement bill signed into law Monday, July 13. The village is to receive $100,000.
