Violet H. "Vi" Poppleton, 84, of Macomb, formerly of Canton, died Sunday, April 4, 2010, at the Elms Nursing Home, Macomb.
Cremation has taken place and a graveside inurnment service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, July 17, at Rosedale Cemetery, Cambridge. Stackhouse-Moore Funeral Services, Cambridge, is assisting the family with local arrangements.
Memorials may be made to the Violet H. Poppleton Scholarship at Western Illinois University or to the Alzeheimer’s Foundation.
