    Ridgewood’s varsity boys basketball team took on ROWVA Friday, Jan. 13, at Oneida.

    The Spartans faced a 32-16 deficit after the first half, leading to the Tigers widening the gap just before the fourth period (54-28) and ultimately Ridgewood’s 68-44 demise.

    Alex Main paced his squad in scoring with 20 points, followed by Elisha McCreary who sank two three pointers in the third quarter and finished the night with ten points.

    Andrew Steider knocked down a free throw for a one point finish as James Brooks added five points for the Spartans.

    Chad Leathers, Nate Humphrey, George Urbina, and Sam Althaus all contributed two points, respectively.
