Ridgewood defeated Lena-Winslow 50-42 for fifth place in the Lady Prophets invitational on Wednesday, Dec. 30, in Prophetstown.

“We came out a little bit flat,” Spartan coach Bryan Brooks said. “After beating Pearl City, we were disappointed we had to play for fifth place.”

But the Ridgewood girls held together and played well, as did the Le-Win girls, he said.

Everyone on the floor and on the bench contributed during the game and the entire tournament, Brooks said.
