    The Ridgewood Spartans boys played two games last week, on Tuesday, Jan. 5, at Monmouth-Roseville and Saturday, Jan. 9, at Cambridge when they hosted Knoxville. The Friday, Jan. 8, game with Mercer County was cancelled because of inclement weather and has been rescheduled for Saturday, Jan. 23.

Monmouth-Roseville 80, Ridgewood 46

    Brandon Wilkinson led the Ridgewood Spartans during the non-conference varsity basketball game against Monmouth-Roseville with 12 points at Monmouth. They were defeated by Monmouth-Roseville 80-46.
   
Knoxville 90, Ridgewood 67
   
    Smith led the Ridgewood Spartans during the varsity boys basketball game Saturday night against Knoxville at Cambridge High School. Knoxville won the non-conference game 90-67.
   
    Nimrick also scored in double digits, netting 13 for the squad.
