Gov. Pat Quinn all but pulled the plug today on the Department on Aging moving into costly new office space in Springfield.

Officially the move is suspended while it is under review by various state officials to determine if it is appropriate during a time of severe state budget problems.

But when asked if the suspension meant the idea could be revived one day, Quinn said, "I wouldn't hold your breath on that one."

Quinn was answering reporter questions in the Capitol after signing a bill moving the Illinois primary back to March.
